The legacy of
Ernestina de Champourcin
A Basque poet of the Generation of '27, Ernestina de Champourcin was one of the most original voices in twentieth-century Spanish poetry. A woman of extraordinary sensitivity, she transformed words into emotional worlds of great depth.
Her work, marked by mysticism and a constant search for transcendence, inspires the spirit of our gallery: the conviction that art is a bridge between the creator and the world, capable of transforming the reality of those who contemplate it.
