10. Guarantees and Certificates of Authenticity

Each work sold is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the gallery or by the artist himself, as appropriate, which specifies the complete details of the work, including author, title, technique, dimensions, year of creation and any other relevant information. In the event that it is subsequently proven that a work acquired through MICHELS DE CHAMPOURCIN GALERÍA S.L. is not authentic or presents significant discrepancies with respect to the characteristics described in the certificate of authenticity, the gallery undertakes to fully refund the amount paid by the buyer, upon return of the work.
